We offer bespoke, made to order works in; willow baskets and willow structures, wooden bowls and homewares, and metal tools from the onsite blacksmiths forge. View our shop to see popular items and get in touch to place your order.
We additionally run regular courses at our co-op in willow basket making, green wood turning and blacksmithing or can offer a private course too. Get in touch to talk to the team.
Finally, Abundant Earth is home to the annual Northern Bowl Gathering which brings together hundreds of professional green wood turners and newcomers to celebrate the ancient techniques of bowl making and other wood crafts. This event runs in April each year and tickets and information can be found here.

Willow Pieces
Made to order willow works, from contemporary backpacks and shoulder baskets to vases and laundry baskets. Large orders are also accepted. Would you like to commission a willow work? Get in touch with me to organise a chat.
Wooden Treen
With raw material for bowls and plates coming from Abundant Earth, trees are coppiced on a rotation and the wood processed for making. Contact matt.abundantearth@gmail.com to place an order or commission a unique piece.
Blacksmithing
Blacksmithing is the perfect counterpoint to woodworking, Many of the tools used in green woodworking can be made at the blacksmiths forge at Abundant Earth. If you’d like to order some new handmade tools, get in touch.

Whether you’d like to gain skills in willow, green wood turning on a pole lathe, or blacksmithing, we’d love to create the perfect private course for yourself or for your group. This could be a perfect team building event or party and you’ll be made wonderfully welcome at Abundant Earth.

Northern Bowl Gathering
